Located inside Creek Park, Dubai Dolphinarium is the only fully air-conditioned dolphinarium in Dubai. Set across 5,000 square metres with state-of-the-art light and sound technology, this world-class facility hosts spectacular 45-minute dolphin and seal shows inside a stunning 180-degree amphitheatre.

Equally loved by children and adults, the show offers an unforgettable experience of watching these intelligent animals perform, with opportunities to interact with them directly and gain fascinating insights from expert trainers.

Important Information

  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled show time.
  • All visitors must pay AED 5 to enter Creek Park (not included in ticket price). Tourists can pay at the counter or kiosk; residents can use their NOL card.
  • Shared transfers are available only from centrally located hotels in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina).
  • Transfer timings may vary depending on traffic conditions and your location.
  • Children under 2 years are admitted free of charge.
  • For water activities, children must be 8 years or above and confident swimmers.
  • Pregnant women and guests with injuries are not permitted to swim with dolphins.
  • Eating, drinking, and smoking inside transfer vehicles is strictly prohibited.
  • If your transfer is delayed, please use alternative transport to arrive on time. Refund requests for transfer delays can be submitted later.
  • For Majestic Swim and Meet and Greet bookings, a separate confirmation email will be sent. If not received within 12 hours, please contact customer support.
  • All show activities are subject to availability. Our team will reach out with alternative slots if your preferred time is sold out.
  • Seating inside the amphitheatre is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Arrival at Creek Park & Dolphinarium :

Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes before the show starts. Please note all visitors must pay an AED 5 entry fee to enter Creek Park. Tourists can purchase a ticket at the counter or kiosk; UAE residents can use their NOL card or buy a ticket.

Ticket Scanning & Entry :

Present your downloaded e-ticket at the Dolphinarium entrance for scanning. Once scanned, proceed inside and take your seat. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis so early arrival is recommended.

Dolphin & Seal Live Show :

Enjoy a spectacular 45-minute live show featuring incredible performances by dolphins and seals inside the 180-degree amphitheatre. With impressive light and sound technology, this show is equally entertaining for children and adults.

Interaction & Marine Life Talk :

After the show, get a chance to interact directly with the dolphins and seals. Expert trainers and marine educators share fascinating knowledge about these intelligent animals and their behaviour.

Optional Experiences :

Guests who have booked the Majestic Swim or Meet and Greet experiences will be contacted separately with confirmed time slots. Please check your email for a separate confirmation within 12 hours of booking.

Departure :

After the show and activities, guests with transfers will be dropped back to their hotel. Self-drive guests are free to explore Creek Park before departing.
