Located in the heart of Dubai Mall, the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo is one of the most spectacular attractions in the UAE. How to Redeem

  • Download your ticket from the booking dashboard after purchase.
  • Present the ticket at the counter to collect your physical tickets.
  • Scan the physical tickets at the entrance to gain access to the venue.

Important Information

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time.
  • Transfers are available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina).
  • Pickup from areas outside Dubai may be available on request with an additional surcharge.
  • Transfer timings may vary depending on traffic conditions and your location.
  • Pregnant women and children below 2 years are not allowed on the Glass Boat.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times during the activity.
  • The venue is wheelchair and stroller accessible (excluding Rayn Encounter and Penguin Encounter areas).
  • There will be no refund for partly utilised services.

Arrival at Dubai Mall :

Head to Dubai Mall and proceed to the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo entrance. Guests with transfers will be picked up from their hotel and dropped at Dubai Mall.

Ticket Collection :

Present your downloaded e-ticket at the counter to collect your physical tickets before entering.

Dubai Aquarium :

Enter and experience the breathtaking main aquarium tank — the world's largest suspended aquarium holding 10 million litres of water. Come face to face with thousands of aquatic animals including sharks, rays, piranhas, and the star attraction — a 750 kg, 40-year-old giant crocodile.
