Designed by Killa Design, the building’s striking architecture features a torus-shaped structure, symbolizing a ring around a void, representing the unknown future. Its façade is adorned with Arabic calligraphy by Emirati artist Mattar Bin Lahej, inscribed with visionary quotes from Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
